My name is Trenell Spears , I have a  Degree in Kinesiology Exercise Science. Certification in ISSA-PT and specialization with AFAA in Perinatal Fitness.  Come Back Fit Is my Fitness Brand. A brand that was designed to help women become fit building their confidence, choosing to live a healthy lifestyle and offering a sisterhood of women striving to become better.  The brand is here to help navigate women on how to balance and stay consistent with their fitness goals. 

I cater to pre and postnatal pregnancy moms. Teaching moms with training and education on the how and why it’s important to workout before during and after pregnancy. I am here to help women with a lifetime of fitness that will help guide them through fitness and health.
